Our products are unique and produced to order. Once an order has been sent to production, we can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. In other words, if you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it.

Steps to Avoid Returns

All Sales are deemed final as each and every order is custom printed for everyone who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell material that is returned to us.
Please read about the product type, fabric, color, size, fit and care instructions detailed out in the sizing chart on each of the product pages. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.
We do not accept returns or replacements in a case where customers request a smaller or larger size and change in T-Shirt colour.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. There are a handful of reasons why that might have happened. It could be a manufacturer’s error, fulfillment error or damaged during shipping. We have quality control that the fulfilled products go through. However, as with everything, we might accidentally let through an item that has defects. If you receive a damaged or defected item, we always take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

In case you got a damaged item, please note that the first thing to do is provide photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip. Our customer support will be able to get back to you quicker when you attach these photos. Please reach out to us for damaged items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

We want to make sure you're not stuck with a product that you cannot use and don't absolutely love.

  • Contact us by emailing support@opho.in to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing your package to us.
  • Please include all relevant information along with photos of the issue in the product, packing slip, and order number.
  • We will review replacement and return requests - if a product is damaged and/or if there is an error in printing. We will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no costs for you.
  • You have 7 days to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing this window.
  • We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions and our office address, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.

Shipping

For print on demand products, estimated order processing time is 2 days, which is the time we take to print your product and ship it. For other products, estimated order processing time is 1 day, which is the time we take to package your product and ship it.

Our vendors and suppliers are spread across India. The order-fulfillment and ship-from city are mentioned in each product description.

Change in Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after ordering, please contact us via email support@opho.in as soon as possible. We are not bound to make this modification to your order, but we will do our best.

Shipping Transit Time

We ship in India through Delhivery, FedEx and India Speed post. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery of the order depends on the location of the buyer. Since we ship from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, it roughly takes 3 to 5 working days after the product is dispatched.

We also ship internationally using DHL. Transit times depend on your country and serviceable location.

Lost in Transit

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know. This is most common with international shipments sent without international tracking but sometimes happens with domestic orders as well. First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.

  • If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
  • If the shipping address was correct, open up the tracking link in the shipping confirmation e-mail and copy the tracking number given, and get in touch with us at support@opho.in with your order number. We’ll track the shipment and resolve the issue for you.
